The tournament was run with the help of 'Spellbound games - Auckland' and 'Auckland City Guard Inc (ACG) - Auckland'. One a popular FLGS in Highland Park and the other a Non-profit Games group with Games meets on Tue, Wed and Sundays around the Auckland area (Parnell & Highland park). If you're just starting or a veteran of the games, go support them as they are helping your community grow games. Join in the fun and help build and make bigger the already thriving hobby.
With a good solid field of players we saw a varied field with Marines notably dotted around the landscape. Still great to see the spread of almost every codex represented in the field for a very picturesque assemble of the Warhammer universe. There were some notable popular choices and Iron Father Feirros was at the forefront of many armies.
Here is the results.
Congratulations to the winners and all those attendees that made it a memorable hobby day for all!!
