'Arch Enemy Tournament' was started in 2010 to develop and build the interest around the community for tabletop wargaming. It's intent is to give beginners and veterans alike a chance to meet and play a solid 5-6 games over the weekend. The Hobby takes time from getting your armies fully ready painted, to building a competitive force. With more lenient painting requirements, 'Arch Enemy' gives you the opportunity to bring your army out even if it's still a work in progress. It was great to see that we had a good number of new players and veterans who fielded new armies at the event over the weekend.
The tournament was a joy to spectate as we hosted a great bunch of friendly players. All playing with a fantastic spirit for the game. The mix of armies in attendance was encouraging to see. The majority of close finishes amongst the mid field saw a very well fought finish for the podium places ending with our eventual Champion clearly deserving the spoils.
